Welcome to our Shipping and Delivery Page! We know that receiving your orders in a timely manner is essential for your satisfaction, and we're here to make sure that happens. Below, you'll find comprehensive information about our shipping process.
Please contact our staff for support in the first instance when you encounter any logistical and shipping issues.

In this policy we set out details of the delivery methods, periods and shipping chargesthat apply to orders for our products made through our website.
This policy shall not create legally enforceable rights and obligations; rather,our usual practice in relation to the delivery of products is indicated in this policy.

Order Process

In Stock: Once order confirmation has been completed, shipping preparations will begin within the following 1 days, and your order will be shipped on the 2 business day.
Pre Sale: Please refer to the product page for detailed shipping times on pre-order items.
No Stock: Please refer to the product page for detailed shipping times on out-of-stock items. Any message for the order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Process

US/ EU/ CAN Warehouse: Apply for tracking number → Packaging → Transfer to local logistics company → Delivery
CN Warehouse: Apply for tracking number → Packaging → Transfer to CN logistics company → Transfer to local logistics company → Delivery

LEOOUT offers free FedEx / DHL / UPS Ground shipping on qualified orders.

Note: Please allow extra time for tracking information to be updated, as local couriers may experience slight delays.Orders will not be processed on Saturday or Sunday.
LEOOUT E-scooters and accessories are shipped from overseas warehouses. In the event that overseas warehouse parts are out of stock, we will choose to ship from Dongguan warehouse in China.

Track Your Order

When your order is dispatched we'll send you an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey. If for any reason you don't receive this or for more shipping information, please email us at sz.leoout@gmail.com or click to check and we will update on your order's progress.

Delivery Address

It is essentiallly important to provide us with complete and correct address. We are unable to change your shipping address once your shippment are prepared or orders are shipped.
If a package was return to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by you or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and your package will be re-shipped with additional shipping fee.
You should provide us a daytime telephone number on every order. Sometimes the packages will be returned to LEOOUT as it is undeliverable. When the carrier return the undeliverable package to LEOOUT , please contact LEOOUT customer service to make an aggreement for reshipment.
If an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service provider will make at least 1 more attempt to deliver the products in your order.

Delivery Problems

If you experience any problems with a delivery, please feel free to contact our customer service team: sz.leoout@gmail.com

If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the relevant time limit, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even where the initial delivery was free of charge).

An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:
(a) you provided the wrong or missing address/phone number for delivery;
(b) there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;
(c) the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible;
(d) the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed;
(e) if in-person receipt is not required, there is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery;
(f) if in-person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.
